• License type, "Business Intelligence User (Concurrent Session)" does not appear in the "License Consumption" widget within the System Overview in SAP Analytics Cloud.

2. Notice "Business Intelligence User (Concurrent Session)" does not appear in the "License Consumption" widget.

Workaround

1. Create a story based on system model "CONCURRENT_LICENSE" to analyze the license statistics.
2. To use this model:
   • Navigate to Files > System > Common > SAC Content > System Overview
   • Then share model "CONCURRENT_LICENSE" with the story designer to use it.
