3406581 - Error when extracting from Azure by calling ODP interface

Symptom

The replication in ADF (Azure Data Factory) fails with the following error when ODP function is called from outside of SAP:

Error Message: DF-SAPODP-012 - SapOdp copy activity failure with run id: <%Run_ID%>
error code: 2200 and error message: ErrorCode=SapOdpOperationFailed,'Type=Microsoft.DataTransfer.Common.Shared.HybridDeliveryException,
Message=Sap Odp operation 'OpenOdpRead' failed. 
Error Number: '505', error message: 'Pointer does not contain source <%ODP_Extractor%> or is no longer available',
