3406611 - Parameter JOB_MANSYS_ID defined in the Custome Alert Text doesn't work for the BW Process Chain monitoring scenario

Symptom

  • The parameter JOB_MANSYS_ID has been defined in the Custom Text Alert via t-code: SOLMAN_SETUP > Application Operations > SAP HANA & BI Monitoring > Business Intelligence > Step 5.1 Configure Jobs > Alert Settings and Data Collection. Refer to the following picture:


  • In BW Process Chain Alert Notification email, the parameter JOB_MANSYS_ID is not replaced with the exact SID of Monitored System.
