Symptom

The 'Submitted By' is missing for some Workflows in the Workflow Approvals page.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to: Home Page
  2. Go to Approval Tile and click on: View All
  3. Submitted By field is blank

Cause

There is an internal issue with the Task bar and engineering team needs to investigate it. 

Resolution

  • Open a support case under LOD-SF-EC-WFL;
  • Workaround: Open the Workflow, the Initiator is shown.
