3406975 - Industry Field Update not Working Using Mass Data Maintenance for Private Accounts

Industry field is not getting updated for Private Accounts via Mass Data Maintenance.

You want to use in the Industry field for reporting purposes and use Mass Data Maintenance to update Private Account with Industry field value.

1. Go to Mass Data Maintenance workcenter
2. Select Customer Import link
3. Add Industry column value for Private Accounts and upload the file
   Nothing happens, you cannot see Industry Field in UI of Private Accounts

Private Account does not have Industry field in UI, it is only present for Corporate Accounts. As the field is not available in UI, create/ update / edit is not possible for this field.

Hence, you cannot see the data in any report for Private Accounts Industry field.

System is showing standard behavior.
