3407055 - Workflow Rules for Inbound Scenario

User have created workflow rules to generate notifications for the supplier inbound deliveries with "Goods and Activity Confirmation - PO" however system does not create notifications.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. Go to the Workflow Rules view.
3. Choose New and update description.
4. Maintain Business Object as Goods and Activity Confirmation.
5. Complete the guided activity until step :5 with condition as per business need.
6. Once it is done, it is expected that notification must be triggered on release of inbound delivery.
7. However, no notifications is being triggered to the recipient's mail.

Since in the BO list, there is no workflow rules available for warehouse confirmation hence no notifications can be maintained.

As per system settings maintained workflow rules for Goods & Activity Confirmation, this helps to trigger notifications upon Outbound Delivery release, similarly to trigger Notifications for Inbound Delivery release, Warehouse Confirmation is necessary. 

Currently, it is not possible to have notifications created for Inbound Delivery Scenario.

This is current system behavior.
