3407112 - Unable to locate archived transaction ID in the integration audit trail for past data

Symptom

  • Users are unable to find archived transaction IDs when searching past data on the integration audit trail page.
  • The issue occurs despite the new functionality introduced in Release 2023.11.0.0, which allows searching for archived transactions from the last 1.5 years.
  • Searching for older transaction IDs returns no results.
