3407203 - No data change is capture in audit table although data change audit is enabled

Symptom

  • No new records can be inserted into BPC audit table although data package was executed to archive audit table /1CPMB/XXXXXAD. 
  • In transaction SM21, it shows below error:
    • Database error 2055 with INS access to table /1CPMB/XXXXXAD
      Database error 2055 requires database administrator to intervene.
      > maximum number of rows per table or partition reached:
      > 'SAPGBP: /1CPMB/XXXXXAD'
