3407436 - Onboarding 1.0 still visible in Home Dropdown even after removing RBP permission - Onboarding 1.0

The RBP permissions were removed from user but still the user can see "Onboarding 1.0" from Home Dropdown.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Remove all related Manage On/Offboarding 1.0
2. Proxy as the affected user
3. Click on Home Dropdown and Onboarding 1.0 is showing

OCI has the affected user as manager.

This is by design. In addition to the RBP, there is an alternate condition which will make the Onboarding 1.0 appear in the dropdown. The condition is that, if the logged in user is a manager or HR manager in any of the OnboardingCandidateInfo objects, then the option will appear in the module picker even though RBP is not provided.

You can check it by exporting the OCI object:

1. Go to Import and Export Data
2. Export Data
3. OnboardingCandidateInfo
4. Export
5. From the file you see managerId and/or hrManagerId for the candidates

Solution is to change the managerId and/or hrManagerId with the OCI update - 2419074 - Manually Updating the OnboardingCandidateInfo Object - Onboarding 1.0

After correcting the file with any other user:

1. Go to Import and Export Data
2. Import Data
3. OnboardingCandidateInfo
4. Import
