How to configure standard email templates to custom tasks in Onboarding or Offboarding?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

In Onboarding and Offboarding, it is possible to create Custom Notifications for Custom Tasks using the following email notification templates:

• (OFB) Custom Offboarding Task Initiated Template
• (OFB) Custom Offboarding Task Completion Template
• (ONB) Custom Onboarding Task Initiated Template
• (ONB) Custom Onboarding Task Completed Template

Please ensure that you are using one of these options. 

It's also important to note that the Task Completed notifications can only be configured for mandatory custom tasks assigned to onboarding participants and responsible users.

These notifications cannot be configured for tasks assigned to new hires and employees leaving the company.
