3407559 - Account balancing or interest calculation cannot be done due to bank accounts locked

Symptom

In case there are any bank accounts locked, the account balancing or interest calculation cannot be done on such accounts or it is not possible to add/change interest condition due to the error: "Account is blocked by balancing" 

This document explains how to delete lock on the blocked accounts.
