3407582 - Is it possible to restrict who can edit a Public View in a Fiori app?

Users want to create a public view that cannot be edited by any other users, only whoever created the view initially

As a Key User, try to edit a public view. A popup appears saying the following:

You want to change a public bookmark created by <name of key user>
Do you want to continue?

This is standard behaviour, public views can be edited by any user that is a Key User, meaning they have the authorization to create public views. 

It is not possible to restrict other users from editing as long as they are key users.

The only way to achieve this would be to remove Key User rights from other users that should not be allowed to edit the view
