3407708 - How to use 'Actual Activity' as Receiver in Allocation

There is a need to allocate Cost Centers balance based on the actual activity amount, but there is no option to use 'Actual Activity' as Receveir variable portion type in "Manage Allocations" app.

The Cloud solution "Manage Allocations" has the following options as Receiver variable portion types for Actual data:

• Actual Transaction Currency (TSL-0)
• Actual Local Currency (HSL-0)
• Global Company Currency Actual (KSL-0)
• Actual Quantities (MSL-0)
• Stat. Key Figures - Actual (SKF-0)

In case you need to use 'Actual Activity' as variable portion type, you can make use of the SAP GUI apps Create Overhead Allocation Cycles - Cost Centers - Actual and Schedule Overhead Accounting Jobs (with job template Schedule Actual Overhead Allocation - Cost Centers), inherited from OnPremise system.

Note: the cycles created between above mentioned 2 sets of Apps (Manage Allocations and Create Overhead Allocation Cycles - Cost Centers - Actual), they can't work for each other. You need to run the cycle with the relevant Apps in its own set.
