When opening link from one click approval email, CPQ login page shows up.
Environment
SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ
Reproducing the Issue
- Setup One click approval email
- Send a quote for approval
- In the approval email, the link for approve and/or reject throws to the CPQ Login page.
Cause
If the approver for the specific user (who sent the quote to approval) is not in the email list for the approval notification, the generation of the link returns with an empty id of user, causing the login page "error".
Resolution
Quote approver should be properly added in the email list for the specific notification, and the approver should be correctly added as user approver. Customizations to decide approver is not suggested as this could cause troubles with the feature.
