3407750 - Replication not working post system refresh showing INITIALIZING constantly

Symptom

HANA System Replication initialisation of a secondary site shows status 'INITIALIZING' constantly over a longer than expected time period.

Indexserver on secondary frequently restarting with no crashdump trace.

Indexserver trace on secondary shows error:

e Memory           mmShmAllocator.cpp(00190) : shared memory allocation failed: exception  1: no.71000004  (Basis/SharedMemory/impl/ptl_shm.cpp:369) TID: 197346
    ShmSystem::create (size=67108864) - No space left on device
