3407757 - In app "Project Cost Report - Plan/Actual" no costs are shown when you select field "Actual Costs in Project Currency"

The user executes app "Project Cost Report - Plan/Actual" and sets filter "Include Orders" to Yes. If the user then includes field "Actual Costs in Project Currency" in the report, no data is shown. Instead message "There is no data for the selected filter criteria and table view." is given.

Note: The issue occurs when there are Production Orders account assigned to the Project.
