Symptom

CJ20N: unable to do mass change due to error “Procurement Mode not found. Plant or Network type or Network is missing” message no. PS_PROC_MODE 006.

Debugging finds the error is pointing to entries in table T399X which are auto-populated however no configuration was done to activate entries in this table.
