3407810 - "Publish custom catalog extension YY1_XXXX for catalog XXXXX before transporting" error displays when checking/exporting a Software Collection - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When checking/exporting a Software Collection in Export Software Collection app but the process is failing with error "Publish custom catalog extension YY1_XXXX for catalog XXXXX before transporting".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open app Export Software Collection
2. Check/export the Software Collection
3. Process fails with the error message

A Custom Catalog Extension has been created to provide access to custom apps, the Business Catalog that has been assigned to this custom catalog extension is not published.

To resolve the issue, publish the Business Catalog assigned in the Custom Catalog Extension.

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Custom Catalog Extensions app
2. Search for the Custom Catalog Extension related to the Custom Business Object 
3. Open the Custom Catalog Extension
4. Select all the unpublished catalogs
5. Click on "Publish" button
6. After all catalogs are published, proceed with the export.

If it's not clear which the Custom Catalog Extension is related to custom apps, follow the steps below to find it:

1. Go to Extensibility Inventory app
2. Search for the Object ID mentioned in the error message that is shown when trying to export the Software Collection 
   ("Publish custom catalog extension YY1_XXXX for catalog XXXXX before transporting" - In this case, it would be "YY1_XXXX")
3. The search will result in an item of type "Custom Catalog Extension" with the following name: App YY1_XXXX_SCBO is used in business catalog XXXXX. 
4. Copy the app ID "YY1_XXXX_SCBO" 
5. In Custom Catalog Extensions app, search for this ID and you will find the respective Catalog Extension.
