3408079 - Error-Change or delete duplicate rows with key 'ABC' 'WYZ' 'E' in 'Region'

Symptom

  • When customer tried to upload code list mapping in Cloud for customer error "Change or delete duplicate rows with key 'ABC' 'WYZ'  in 'Region'" is observed in results section of application logs 
  • ABC represents code of region
  • WYZ represents country code

Environment

SAP Cloud for customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Business Configuration
  2. upload code list
  3. upload the code list file you got it from S4/ERP system 
  4. navigate to application log 
  5. check the recent log , you will observe error "Change or delete duplicate rows with key 'ABC' 'WYZ' 'E' in 'Region Documentation'"

Cause

Region code under business configuration is set as obsolete.

Resolution

Navigate to below path in Cloud for customer system and remove the obsolete flag region code ABC under country WYZ

  1. Business configurations 
  2. Regions 
  3. Open the activity and search for country WYZ and uncheck the obsolete flag for code ABC
