A new OAuth2.0 client , called MobileNextGeneration, has been created on all SuccessFactors instance. What is it for?

Resolution
This newly introcuced OAuth2.0 client is used by the system to auto generated authentication for mobile server to Bizx APIs.
This application can be disabled, but it is NOT recommended to be deleted even though the deletion will cause no issues for now. However, there is no background job that would re-create it.
The fix is being developed in the JIRA MOB-74342
