Is this possible to get Job Info data using Onboarding API's for employees with start dates in the future, statis "Ready to Hire" ?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Confirmed with the Engineering team that there are no specific APIs from Onboarding to retrieve data of employees with future start dates and status "Ready to Hire". 

It's necessary to use the EC APIs themselves, and you could try using different criteria to extract the records, including those of Onboarding Users where hiring is not yet completed. 

For more information about these APIs, you can raise a ticket with the EC team.
