3408134 - Error in access to remote files due to logon failure on Windows

Symptom

Access to  a directory in a remote server from  SAP system fails and there are no permission problems.  For example trying to reach central transport directory .

- You are not able to access the directory using transaction AL11. The system issues the following error message:   Wrong order of calls <- CALL opendir( ..)

- Checking the permissions to access the remote directory  running  OS command  in tr. SE38  ->  "rsbdcos0"  with command   :

 >icacls   \\<RemoteComputer>\<SharedDirectory>

The result is 

>ReturnCode = 1.326


or

>ReturnCode = 1326

or 

>ReturnCode=1326ls

OS error 1326 means "The user name or password is incorrect."
