3408223 - SAP NetWeaver dispatcher does not start up 'table SVERS does not exist on database'

Symptom

The SAP NW system dispatcher process will not start up after the system copy process (backup/restore method).

The work processes developer traces indicate following error message:

C  ERROR: -1 in function StartSelect (execute) 
C  (208) [42S02] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'SVERS'.
C  ERROR: -1 in function StartSelect (execute) 
C  (8180) [42000] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Statement(s) could not be prepared.
B  ***LOG BZA=> table SVERS does not exist on database
