3408261 - Authentication token does not correspond to the requested scenario

Symptom

After generating Client ID and Client Secret, you can retrieved AuditLogRecordsIds events via API for audit logs from Audit and Change Logs on SAP IAS.
GET: https://api.ap1.hana.ondemand.com/auditlog/v1/accounts/<IAS tenant ID>/AuditLogRecordsIds?$count=true)

But you failed to access AuditLogRecords to get log for SAP BTP Neo environment account with same token.
Error: "Authentication token does not correspond to the requested scenario."
