3408293 - UDF related HANA Object not deployed.

Symptom

During the upgrade some object were not deployed or experienced dump related to UDF Hana Object.
"e.g: CX_SADL_DUMP_DATABASE_FAILURE
SQL error "328" when creating the database procedure
"/DMF/CL_TSV_USER_DIF_LIST_TF=>GET_USER_LIST_DIF". SQL message: "invalid name
of function or procedure: sap.is.ddf.udf/DDF_DIF: line 35 col 32 (at pos
1307)". "
