3408322 - “Manage Assignments” feature > Removed completed courses still displayed in the "Assigned Items"

Completed courses not removed from the “Assigned Items” when performing the action via the “Manage Assignments” feature.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Manage User Learning > Manage Assignments > Remove Items or Curriculum > Add the desired free-floating course > Conclude the process >
2. It removes the entry from all users who did not complete the item yet >
3. But, for users who already completed the given item, it remains in the learning plan and it shows on reports (Ex.: Learning Plan (CSV) and User Learning Plan Audit Report (CSV)) >
4. To verify it, click: People > Users > Search for the impacted user(s) > Assigned Items > Filter > Check the "Completed Items" filter > Search the item.

This is the current system behavior. The completed free-floating courses are not removed from the users when the "Remove Items or Curriculum" process is done and they remain available in the learning plan.

To have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request (KBA 2090228) created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
