3408367 - Onboarding EVerify Create and Submit Status - Onboarding

After complete all task and E-Verify is submitted the E-Verify Status "Create and Submit" still appears.

Please note if the employment is authorized and this is only a second E-Verify, this is a out of sync issue and you can cancel the second case task:

1. Go to Manage Data > Compliance Process
2. Enter Compliance Process id (also can search by employe id)
3. Click on Take Action >> Make correction
4. Update 'Compliance Process Status' to Compliance process canceled
5. Then please refresh oData API cache
6. Please go to dashboard and click on 'E-Verify Case Details' , a 'refresh data' button should be there.
