Symptom

Users encounter a "System error" message in the My Inbox app when withdrawing a form in the HR workflow. The specific error is: "Error System error. Further information can be found in the details, or contact your system administrator." Simultaneously, errors in /iwfnd/error_log on the Gateway system report: "You have no access to item xxxxxxxx," with an Error ID /IWBEP/CM_MGW_RT022.
