• Unable to add job requisition operators on Short Requisition Create Page.
• An error message is displayed: "Assertion failed: division is not available, make sure it is properly configured in data model."

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Recruiting > Job Requisitions.
2. Click on 'Create New'.
3. Select a template to create a new job requisition.
4. An error message is displayed: "Assertion failed: division is not available, make sure it is properly configured in data model."
5. The operator fields are not editable.

The standard element "division" is not enabled in the Employee Profile. This element is required by the Advanced Search widget.

1. Navigate to Manage Business Configuration > Employee Profile > Standard > division.
2. Set 'Enabled' to 'Yes'.

If you do not use the standard element "division", you can avoid adding "division" in Employee Profile > View Template > sysAllUserDirectorySetting so that it will not appear in UDF.
