3408453 - Is it possible to add help text for Short requisition Field while creating a Job Requisition - Recruiting Management

While creating a Job Requisition , can we add help text for the fields on the short requisition page ?

As per the current system deign , the First page while creating the requisition, called as Short requisition page cannot be customized.
