3408456 - Repository configuration error during and post Information Steward installation

• Get error when installing Information Steward:
  Failed to config repository, please configure IS MMrepo post-install.
• Get error when manually creating the Information Steward repository after installation:

./ISRepositoryUtility.sh create boePassword "<The password of CMS>" password "<The password of IS repository>" -o
