3408495 - Sourcing request not getting updated with additional line items or changes sent from the external system

In line item from the Requisition(PR) or Request For Quotation(RFQ) from external system(SAP ERP), the PR ID, RFQ ID, Requisition Number, etc are visible in the sourcing request line item terms for the first time. However, when we update the PR or RFQ with additional line items or make any changes, those details are not updating in the sourcing request items instead it directly reflects in the sourcing project (event) when the sourcing project is in created state.
