3408751 - How to Resend Failed Event Notifications Automatically in UI

Symptom

You want to resend Failed Event Notifications automatically from the system.

 
 
 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Application and User Management workcenter
  2. Select Event Notification Monitoring view
  3. Filter the Failure error
    You need to resend manually

Resolution

Follow below steps:

  1. Go to Application and User Management workcenter
  2. Select Event Notification Monitoring view
  3. Select Failed events from dropdown
  4. Select Extend Retention button

This will allow the background jobs to pick the failed events within this period and resend them automatically from the system.
