Preview of the purchase order is truncated and the blank pages are displayed when there is long 'Remark for Suppliers' on item level, and you are using standard purchase order form template.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase Order and Requests work center.
2. Go to Purchase Order view.
3. Search for affected purchase order and click on Preview.
4. Observe the form displayed has the text truncated and has blank pages.

‘Remark for Supplier’ section on item level, being a table and distinct from the header, is not intended for lengthy instructions. Additionally, page breaks is not allowed within this content for item level as per current template design. So it will only show the content which can fit into page, rest all will be truncated. 

There is as such no limitation on number of line or characters. However, we recommend keeping it within 25-30 lines, but it'll again depend on the available space on the page considering other content shown.

This is the current system design.

If there is a need to maintain extensive content for items, please create a document and attach it in the attachment tab available for each item separately.
