3408971 - Missing order in APP 'Order Cost Details - Event Based'

Unable to find event based order in APP 'Order Cost Details - Event Based' or have error 'The requested data was not found' when jumping from 'Display Production Order', 'Menu'->'Goto'->'Costs'->'Analysis'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Order status with 'CRTD - created', 'CLSD - closed' or 'DLT - deletion indicator' is excluded from APP ' 'Order Cost Details - Event Based'.

Kindly make sure orders are not with status 'CRTD', 'CLSD' or 'DLT', for example,
if order status is 'CRTD', release the order to change status as 'REL', afterwards, order cost should be shown normally.
