3409211 - Field can be freeze at Offer letter - Recruiting Management

Is there a way to remove write permission from the operator to edit/write the values in the Offer letter Token?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Offer Approval Process is completed
2. Generated Offer Letter
3. The offer Letter tokens can be re-edited
4. The new Offer letter values are sent out while the offer approval has old values

As per current system design, there is no way to restrict the write access to the token values used in the Offer Letters.

If the operators has access to the Offer letter templates they can edit the values.
