3409332 - Error Child Account Is Empty or Null In Data Workbench

 Account hierarchy import via Data Work Bench task takes too long and get error "Child account is empty or null".

SAP Cloud For Customer

1. Go to Data Workbench Work Center.
2. Go to monitor view.
3. Open task Account Hierarchy with the error.

(you will see in CSV the error message: "Child account is empty or null" )

Using an external ID on the field  "accountID'" from the CSV leads to this error, Hence Data Workbench does not recognize it as an existing ID and throws the error.

To do operation with account hierarchy should use an internal ID on the field "accountID'", than data workbench will recognize.
