- After completing Additional Data Collection, can candidate reach to Manage Pending Hires without completing compliance task?
- Is it mandatory to complete compliance task to be in Manage Pending Hires step?

Resolution
It is not mandatory to complete Compliance Task in order to move candidate to Manage Pending Hires.
However, if candidate is hired with pending Compliance Task, if tasks should be completed afterwards, it's necessary to check if Target Population is granted to internal hires as well (as candidate will no longer be an External User).
It is impossible to make the task mandatory in a way that candidates are not allowed to stop or log out until they complete the task.
The application must allow candidates the flexibility to stop or log out and complete the compliance forms task when they are ready.
The home page cards and to do tasks remind the candidates.
Additionally, you can also configure emails, for example emails with (ONB) Compliance Document Flow Trigger, to send reminders to the candidates.
Or let the responsible HR/manager notice the uncompleted compliance tasks.
