3409372 - 'Alter table move..' under high number of '-iqpartition' takes long -- SAP IQ

Symptom

Under setting high number of '-iqpartition' to 128, 'ALTER TABLE MOVE ...' took more than 5 hours before cancelled.
But in smaller partition it ran in 30 minutes. While running the move partition, stack dump shows like this symbols,

.. in s_blockmap_RelocateData_WorkIter::ExecWork(int&, ..
