3409384 - In Rehire Check, candidate's Date of Birth does not display the year, only month and day - Onboarding

Why is in Rehire check appearing only Month and Day in "Date of Birth" if it appears Month, Day and Year in Employee central - People Profile?

It's a currently system design and behavior.

In Employee Central - people profile shows the entire date, however in the Rehire check (and also in the duplicate match popup used for Rehire in Employee Central) it is not expected to appear, only Month and Day. This is system design and behavior, screenshot below is from our Demo environment.
