• When accessing a content page, it's displayed in blank and the URL is like the following: https://jobs.company.com/errorpage/?errortype=Exception
• When accessing a content page, the following error is displayed:

1. In the RMK website Home page, click on a Content page
2. You will see the page in blank or displaying the above error

Possible causes:

• The error might be related to a Video component added
• The error might be related to a Custom Plugin added

If you have a Custom Plugin added to the content page, please remove it and republish the page.

If you have a Video Component added to the content page, please remove all of them, republish the page. Then add the Video Component(s) again and republish the content page.
