When creating a custom CDS view, error message "Name YY1_xxx is already used. Choose a different name." is triggered. But YY1_xxx could not be found in app Custom CDS Views.

There is a draft version of YY1_xxx which was created by other user.

Check via app Extensibility Inventory and identify the user who created this custom CDS view.

Ask the user to publish/delete the draft. Alternatively, create one with a different name.
