Environment

Resolution

The Schedule Meeting Task will show the date and time that was set by the responsible user who completed the task in the onboarding dashboard.

For Example:

  • The responsible user added the meeting for the candidate on Monday, Dec. 18, 2023, from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM.

Responsible User's schedule meeting sent:

Onboardee's Schedule Meeting Received:

Upon confirmation from the Product Team, by design, it should follow the recipient's time zone. In the provided example above, the responsible user's and the candidate's time zone are the same, hence the time received by the candidate when the Scheduled Meeting was accessed is the same.
