3409415 - IBP - OBP: Assembly Scrap Handling – Planned Orders with Decimal Quantities or Lot Size Not Matching

Symptom

In Projected Stock, planned orders appear with decimal quantities (for example: 1,500.987) or quantities that do not appear to follow the defined lot size rules.

Additionally:

  • The Production Data Structure (PDS) Header has an Assembly Scrap % defined.
  • The scrap quantities calculated by the planning run do not match the expected values.
