Symptom

SAP Cloud Fiori web page getting Automatic Sign-Out

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Cause

  • SAP Fiori cloud webpage is in default setting.
  • User timeout parameters SESSION_TIMEOUT_INTERVAL_IN_MINUTES maintained as -1

Resolution

User timeout parameters are visible in the Manage Launchpad Settings app, it's configurable using the Manage Launchpad Settings app. 

  • Go to Manage Launchpad Settings application.
  • Search by SESSION_TIMEOUT_INTERVAL_IN_MINUTES. 
  • Change value, Enter the timeout period in minutes, The maximum value is 71582 minutes. 

Note: User timeout option SESSION_TIMEOUT_INTERVAL_IN_MINUTES is initially set to -1, which initiates the Automatic Sign-Out feature. This setting can be changed to in minutes to prevent the Automatic Sign-out
