Symptom
Autoflow errors out with status completed with errors.
Error: Unable to retrieve the template content
Environment
SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to settings--> Autoflow-> Rule Logs.
- Search for rule name: xyz.
- We can find a log with status completed with error. When opening the log, you see the error "Unable to retrieve the template content".
Resolution
The failure in template content retrieval is attributed to the presence of invalid placeholders in the given template.
Expected placeholder format:
{{FILED_NAME}}
Example:
{{displayId}}
Actual placeholder used in template:
{{<span class=SpellE>displayId</span>}}
Rectify the placeholder format and re-upload the template content.
