In the Cloud Portal, under Security > IP Filter Sets, a file is still assigned to an endpoint of an environment that has been previously de-provisioned.
In the event that you attempt to remove this file, the system generates the following error message:
"Ipfilterset cannot be removed. It is used by endpoints: %s or used by web proxies: %s."
