• Candidates or managers are unable to upload the attachments under Payment Information portlet during Onboarding process.
• The 'Upload' button is greyed out under paymentInfo portlet

The issue is due to the payment information portlet configUI object used:

• The attachment field was defined within the PaymentInformationDetail object instead of the parent object.

• Ensure that you configure the desired Payment Information Portlet configUI object and add the attachment field to the parent object like the sample configuration below, since it is not a field defined within PaymentInformationDetail object.

• Do not add the Attachment field within the PaymentInformationDetail object.
