3409845 - Add Button is not Available When Trying to Add a Sales Note for a Material by Using the Mass Change Functionality

You are trying to Add a Sales Note for a particular Material, however you notice that the Add button is not available (greyed out) when using the Mass Change functionality.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to the Product Data WoC.
2. Go to the Materials view.
3. Search for the required Material ID.
4. Click Mass Change.
5. Show Sales tab.
6. Click Edit Sales Notes.
7. Add button is greyed out.

You will only use the Add button when you don't have a note for a specific language, for example:

You have scoped the languages English, German and French, and you already have a Sales Note for all the 3 languages.

For such cases, the Add button will be greyed out. Instead of using the Add, you will only Edit the Note by selecting the required language.

This is the expected system behavior.
