3409895 - Amount doubled in mobile "To do list" for Time Sheet Approval Request

On mobile app, the time valuation result amount is doubled in the Time Sheet Approval Workflow Request.

The same name is used for the Time Type and Time Type Group. 
At the same time, due to current addition logic in mobile app for time type with same name under timesheet entry and time valuation result, this issue happens.

The current addition logic is planed to be improved with future release.

Currently, please differentiate the name for the Time Type and Time Type Group for TOIL. 
For example, the time type can be given name as BLUE_BASE; while the time type group name can be given as BLUE_BASE_TTG.
